Would you like to learn the secrets of Italian cooking during your stay on Sardinia?: making pasta, using special herbs, wine tasting and making farmers cheese... Under the direction of an Italian chef you can learn the right way to make pasta and how to prepare fish and meat. Complete menus will be cooked and enjoyed together with, of course, a wine chosen to go with the menu. Vegetarian dishes will also be prepared.

A Sardinian cheese farmer will show you how the famous pecorino cheese is made and you will have the opportunity to make this cheese yourself. During the wine tastings a wine specialist will teach you how to smell and taste different wines.
