Camping Mandras                         open from 15 April - 9 October

Amfibie Treks campsite Mandras lies approximately 2 Km south of the pretty village of Santa Lucia which can be reached by a path through the woods along the coast. The campsite borders onto many pebble and rock beaches. Approximately 500 metres from Mandras is a sheltered bay ideal for swimming and snorkeling. The beautiful Capo Comino protected beach and sand dunes are easily reached through the woods along the shore from the campsite.

Facilities
On the campsite you will find a reception area, well cared for clean toilet and shower facilities with free hot water, a swimming pool with a grassed area for sunbathing, a separate children's pool, a relaxing area with hammocks, a children's playground and a tennis court. There is also a restaurant, a pizzeria, a bar with a terrace and a small campsite shop.

Wellness area
You will find our wellness department on a quiet part of the campsite. Here you can meditate, have a massage or relax in the Jacuzzi. There is daily free yoga for guests of campsite Mandras. During the season different massages are offered such as aryuvedic, head, classical, sport and foot reflex massage. For singles Amfibie Treks offers complete yoga-walking-wellness holidays in the quietest periods of the season (June and September)

Terrace
Next to the swimming pool you will find our African terrace where you can buy a cappuccino or a drink during the day. Also the happy hour before dinner is here. In the evenings the terrace by the restaurant is open where you can enjoy a drink with other guests.

Furnished Tents
Op camping Mandras kun je kiezen voor het verblijf in standaard tenten, comfort tenten en een aantal suites met eigen sanitaire voorzieningen zoals een douche, toilet en een ruime wastafel met een grote spiegel.

Standard tents (including in the basic package prices)
The 2 person standard bungalow tents and the 1 person igloo tents have the basic furnishings of a tent mattress and a mattress cover. If you want to stay alone in a 2 person standard bungalow tent, you will pay a surcharge.
Please bring with you: sleeping bag or sleeping bag liner, pillow and pillowcase, towels and torch.

Comfort tents
If you would like a little more luxury then you can choose a comfort tent. These tents are equipped with a double bed with mattress and mattress cover, open shelving for clothes, a table and chairs, electricity and lighting. Comfort tents are ideal for families: young children can sleep in a cot or a single bed with their parents in the comfort tent. Older children can sleep in a 2 person extra tent with mattresses and mattress covers placed next to the comfort tent.

Deluxe tents (with private en-suite facilities)
If you would like even more luxury then you can choose a Deluxe tent on campsite Mandras. The Deluxe bungalow tent is set on a wooden platform with a private terrace and is fully furnished as a comfort-plus tent, so with a completely made up double bed, with as extra its own toilet, hand basin and shower. In addition the comfortable Deluxe tents also have a fridge. Is this not luxury camping?
Please bring with you for the extra tent: sleeping bag or sleeping bag liner, pillow and pillowcase, towels and torch.

Bedding package:
If you find it too much trouble to bring your own pillow, sleeping bag etc., then Amfibie Treks offers you a bedding package consisting of pillow + pillow slip, a thin duvet + cover for €15,- per person (while stocks last).

Water Sports Center Amfibie Treks
On the sandy beach of Santa Lucia you will find the Amfibie Treks water sports center. You can pay to follow a varuna sailing course, a catamaran sailing course or a windsurfing course. Here all guests of campsite Mandras and campsite Santa Lucia can have free use of canoe, bodyboard and snorkel equipment. The beach shelves gently into the sea which makes it ideal for children to play in and to swim.

Activities and Excursions
Besides all the watersport activities, you can take part in a number of other adventurous activities from the Santa Lucia camp base. These include, a number of hikes, mountain bike tours, boating excursions, trips into the interior, diving, canyoning, caving, off road motorbike trips, 4-wheel drive excursions. Group holidays for singles
In the spring and in the autumn from campsite Mandras Amfibie Treks organizes complete singles weeks, where you are guaranteed to experience a great (active) beach holiday. You can choose between a active-beach-wellness holiday or a walking-beach-wellness holiday. The weeks start on a fixed day and throughout the week the group is accompanied by an enthusiastic tour guide. Relax and enjoy the sun, sea and nature! Start the day with a relaxing hour of yoga by the beautiful coastline alternated with aqua aerobics in the swimming pool and relaxation in one of the whirlpools. To completely relax your body you receive a relaxing massage in a specially equipped massage hut once or twice a week. Go windsurfing, sailing, canoeing and snorkeling, or read a good book while relaxing in a hammock near the pool. During these group tours you will stay in a standard bungalowtent for single use with lighting and a real bed.

Active-beach-wellness holidays
During these single holidays we offer you to take part on a adventures mountainbike trip, a watersportday with sailing, windsurfing and catamaransailing, an Excursion inland and to relax your body you receive a relaxing massage in a specially equipped massage hut once a week.

Walking-beach-wellness holidays
During these singles holidays we offer three different walks. Enjoy the beautiful countryside, smell the scent of the herbs and the pine trees during the walks in the spring and the autumn. To completely relax your body you receive 2 massages per week in a specially equipped massage hut.

Shuttle service
For those of our guests who do not have their own transport there is a free shuttle service to the beaches at Capo Comino and Santa Lucia. In the mornings to the most beautiful sandy beaches in the area and back to the campsite in the afternoons. Also for sailors, surfers and people who like watersports.

The route is: Campsite Mandras - Capo Comino beach - Campsite Mandras - La Conchiglia St. Lucia (a café with a view of the beach and from here you can walk to the sailing and windsurfing school) - Campsite Santa Lucia - and back. If you would like to go to the fishing village of La Caletta to shop then this is also possible. For this shuttle the charge is € 5,- per person return.

The times are: from the campsite every morning at 09.00 - 09.30 - 10.00 - 10.30 and back in the afternoon at 16.30 - 17.30 - 18.30 and 19.00 for picking up people from the boat tour in La Caletta.
